Renovation of a Grade 2 Listed building
Removal of existing out buildings, including garage. Remove part of the main house and build an additional front entrance and open plan lounge with glass atrium. Ensuring compliance with local authority, property heritage and conservation officers. Provide main Project Manager contact with authorities.
Completely remove and refurbished interior including, new staircase in hallway,two new bathrooms and adapted existing roof line to create two led clad dormers with bespoke timber windows and added sections.

Points of note
In this section we like to provide you with the key things that pleased either us or the client.
Steel Sanction – This image is not my bad attempt at Banksy artwork. We used this image along with several others for the structural engineers and building regulations. We found one of the supporting walls was not so good at supporting and had to think on our feet. We solved this with a structurally designed steel sanction carved into the wall and finished with a concrete pad stone. The result created a smooth uninterrupted wall finish in one of the bedrooms.
Radiators – I know a strange item as a point of interest. But a couple of points to note here. See the two styles of radiator, column on the left and floor standing at the rear.
Integral Sound system – If you look at the ceiling in the image above you’ll see two dark areas that look like vents. They are in fact speakers and part of a fully integral sound system.
Enlarged Feature Spindles – We hand made these along in keeping with the properties contemporary style.
